In the process of searching out the best quality materials at the lowest prices, we are able to pass these savings on to our customers. In our endeavour to bring you only the freshest products, each item is created at the time of order. When you order it is essential that you specify exactly the size, fragrance and additional requirements for your products. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to displeasure of the product ordered based on fragrance. In our pursuit of providing you with the best service and quality products, we are dedicated to assisting you through every step of the order process. With the exception of a store credit for damages during shipping, we do not under any circumstances accept returns or offer exchanges. All purchases are final.
Damaged Item?
Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to us within 2 business days after receipt of your delivery.
Amira can not be responsible for, nor issue a refund for any carrier damaged goods if notified more than 2 business days after the date of delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please keep the box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product. We reserve the right to refuse replacement if we find the damage was obviously not a result of shipping.
