Q: How long will my products last after I buy them?
A: It is recommended that you use your products within 3-6 months, keeping them out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperatures. To extend the life of your products be sure to not introduce bacteria or water from your fingertips during use. Some customers report that they have been successful in using our products over a year after purchase. However, we advise 12 months as the maximum shelf life.

Q: Where can I find a full list of ingredients?
A: Most products contain an ingredient list on the label. Additionally, we have provided ingredient lists on our website. If you are still unsure about a particular ingredient, please contact us for assistance.

Q: Can I place my order over the telephone or fax?
A: Yes. Our customer care center is available during business hours to take and process your orders over the phone or via fax. It is recommended to order directly from our website or through your Amira Independent Distributor. We have simplified online ordering with secure payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account in order to place your order through our PayPal shopping cart. We are also in the process of integrating our shopping cart with Google Checkout.

Q: What if I am not happy with a product or fragrance?
A: We make every effort to use the best cost-effective materials and containers in the creation of our products. That is how we keep our prices affordable. In the process of searching out the best quality materials at the lowest prices, we are able to pass these savings on to our customers. In our endeavour to bring you only the freshest products, each item is created at the time of order. When you order it is essential that you specify exactly the size, fragrance and additional requirements for your products. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to displeasure of the product ordered based on fragrance. In our pursuit of providing you with the best service and quality products, we are dedicated to assisting you through every step of the order process. If you require assistance, there are a variety of ways to get in touch with us. With the exception of a store credit for damages during shipping, we do not under any circumstances accept returns or offer exchanges.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?
A: Amira Beauty headquarters are located in Georgia, USA. The majority of our products are designed and/or created here in Georgia. We purchase most of our materials from a cruelty-free facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and additionally some of our packaging and labeling supplies are purchased from a "green" recycled container facility also located in Atlanta, Georgia. The remainder of our products are created right here in our workshop. We never outsource our manufacturing to other countries.

Q: Do you test on animals or use products tested on animals?
A: Everyone who works with Amira are animal lovers. We are proud to have never tested a single product on any animal and we only purchase our materials from companies which do not practice animal testing. We have not and will not ever test a product on our animal friends. Our products are tested for quality on human friends and family before being placed into our collections for sale.
